Oh Marcia - this is music to my ears. I have been passionate for so long about women realising that their greatest strength is their own glorious, unique energy and power.

I totally understand why, historically, women have had to fight for recognition and acceptance - and have met men head on and done it their way. It was a necessary stage in our evolution. But we've done that, it's served it's purpose, and now it's time for a whole new era for women.

When we let go of the differences between 'men' and 'women' and whether one is better than the other and focus instead on finding out who we really are as individuals we truly start to move toward equality. All the while women hold onto the struggle of discrimination we are actually perpetuating the divide.

So - are we ready to give as much time and energy to rediscovering who we truly are, what's magnificent and unique about us - as we give to our careers?

When we do that we will easily and graciously be absolutely in our power, and inequality will no longer exist - it will become extinct.
