I started reading your blogs and articles only recently, and am cathcing up with everything I missed.
I have gone through the same experience, where suddenly the important part is that I was able to touch someone's life, and the best reward comes from a woman's comment that she realises what she is able to do or feedback from someone that after a workshop they were able to tackle an issue that they were previously too scared to face.
Thank you for a wonderful website, I am looking forward to reading your book

In the past few years I've been telling my students that I actually don't really care if they learn English (I teach English as a foreign language), which kind of surprises them at first, but instead that I want them to help them on their journey to become the best possible persons they can be.
Then, their increased vocabulary and grammar are just icing on the cake.
