To me, that is the answer to everything. Loving self, loving others. Both unconditionally. I think peace of mind gently fills in the healthy spaces created when one has a sense of sufficiency and abundance that grows from truly loving oneself just the way she is.

Just as the poem Praise Song for the Day at President Obama&#039;s inauguration suggests, &quot;What if Love is the mightiest word?&quot; I believe it is. And I believe we are meant to love mightily! (The adverb Jason Mraz uses!)</description>
