Hi Gwyn,
My research says that the Pioneer women were born before 1955, give or take a few years. There are many first career women who are Wanderers instead of Pioneers, the focus of my research. Pioneers have a clear vision of what they want. They may become a Settler when they find a company that meets their needs. Wanderers tend to make their career decisions more on present needs than a long term vision. If they don't like what is going on, they leave for the next opportunity. Their self-esteem is more solid and they trust they will land on their feet. However, these are based on personality characteristics more than on age so there will be exceptions to both archetypes.

Congratulations! And there's a question I've been meaning to ask you: do you find that pioneer women are women of a certain age range, or women who may be younger and yet are the first "career women" in their families?
