		<description>I&#039;m all too quick to judge people as incompetent and your post is a reminder to try to see things through others&#039; eyes before making a possibly unjust judgement.

Interestingly, just last week I flew through Schipohl (Amsterdam) airport, admittedly not thru the gates for flights to the US, and was treated courteously. The employees in fact were so friendly that I was taken off guard as I don&#039;t necessarily expect security agents to smile and chat with me.</description>
